Komodo Recordings
Komodo Studios are situated in the beautiful rolling hills of County Down and includes two recording rooms, a control room, a relaxation room, a kitchen and a garden. Alwyn Walker (a locally renound producer) is available for producing your band if you don't already have someone lined up. For a sample of recent work, please give Komodo a call.
Mobile Recording
Komodo Recordings offer mobile recording. This service can be used by bands who wish to use specific premises, such as a church or a hall. All of the studios equipment is available for location work (apart from the piano and organs) as we have two vans to carry our equipment (and the band's equipment) and a people carrier for the bands themselves.
The Mastering Studio
The staff at Komodo believe in mastering not as an add-on to the recording & mixing but as an art(& science) in its own right. For this reason, all mastering at Komodo is performed by our resident audiophile Darrell Walker in his own seperate studio. He will happily explain any aspect of mastering to you, as many mis-understand the role of the mastering engineer.
