Publishing Rights
Homeland Music has secured publishing rights in the UK, Europe & USA
Our USA division is based in Miami close to the Universal Latin American Music on Miami's South Beach. Publishing rights are based there on American Law and copyright registration. We will also have divisions in 2006 in New York, Boston, Texas, Philadelphia Los Angeles. We will be publishing all kinds of music from Rock to Rap, Dance to Latin. If you need a piece of music published we will publish it for you.
UK & Europe
Our European Music Publishing is based in Scotland, Spain and the Netherlands we will also be based in Italy, Germany & France late in 2006.
Publishing rights are based on European Music publishing and copyright laws. UK publishing rights are based on UK law.
Homeland Music Publishing is based in Glasgow Scotland with divisions in Barcelona Spain & Rotterdam Netherlands.
Remember
Publishing your music prevents it being stolen by anyone else, your work is copyright and should be protected. We work with both PRS & MCPS and a few other music unions from Europe & the USA.
We work on a percentage basis when selling your work. We have contacts with record companies & radio stations worldwide.
